Our Made-Right Promise
The design in your preview is the artwork we send to print. If your clock arrives damaged, faulty, or not the design you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will make you a new one and ship it free, or refund you in full.
- No return postage to pay, and you keep the clock unless we ask for it back.
- We reply within two working days. Most claims are settled within seven.
- Refunds go to your own card, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
- Lost in the post? We reprint and resend at our cost, or refund in full. Your choice.
We can promise that because nothing is made until you order it. There is no warehouse of stock to argue over. If a clock is wrong, the fix is simply to print it again.

Yes — every design on the site can be customised. Click Customize this design to swap the face colour, the lettering colour, the font, and the hand colour. The wording itself is one of our curated collection; custom wording isn’t available today.
What if my clock arrives damaged?
We replace or refund any clock that arrives damaged or with a print defect — just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. Because every clock is made to order with custom artwork, change-of-mind returns aren’t available, but the damage / defect guarantee applies regardless.
