Help with an order
A few details help us sort it out straight away:
- Your order number, from the confirmation email.
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For damage in transit, a photo of the clock and one of the outer box.
Every clock is printed to order after you buy it, so if you need to change the colours or the address on an order, let us know as soon as you can. We can usually still catch it in the first few hours.
Clocks are printed and shipped from the United Kingdom, and usually arrive in 5–7 working days. Anything damaged or faulty is covered for 14 days. The full terms are in our returns policy.

- Press and media. Facts, story angles and downloadable images are on our press page. Email us for anything it does not answer.
- Wholesale and bulk orders. We print to order, so larger runs are straightforward. Send us the quantity and the date you need them by, and we will come back with pricing.
