Our Made-Right Promise
The design in your preview is the artwork we send to print. If your clock arrives damaged, faulty, or not the design you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will make you a new one and ship it free, or refund you in full.
- No return postage to pay, and you keep the clock unless we ask for it back.
- We reply within two working days. Most claims are settled within seven.
- Refunds go to your own card, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
- Lost in the post? We reprint and resend at our cost, or refund in full. Your choice.
We can promise that because nothing is made until you order it. There is no warehouse of stock to argue over. If a clock is wrong, the fix is simply to print it again.
Read the full Returns and Refunds policyAbout these words
Most of what moves through a day is weather. It arrives, makes its noise, and leaves. The words are a reminder to let it. To breathe, and to watch it go without chasing after it.
The story behind these words
The words on this clock distil a longer thought from the people who said them first.
“You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with magic. True power is restraint. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.”
“You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.”
“It is not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.”
“When force of circumstance upsets your equanimity, lose no time in recovering your self-control, and do not remain out of tune longer than you can help.”
“We are more often frightened than hurt; and we suffer more in imagination than in reality.”
“Let go, or be dragged.”
