Each clock is printed to order and usually arrives within 5–7 working days, shipped from within the United Kingdom. We currently ship inside the UK only.
Can I change the colours or wording?
Yes — every design on the site can be customised. Click Customize this design to swap the face colour, the lettering colour, the font, and the hand colour. The wording itself is one of our curated collection; custom wording isn’t available today.
What if my clock arrives damaged?
We replace or refund any clock that arrives damaged or with a print defect — just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. Because every clock is made to order with custom artwork, change-of-mind returns aren’t available, but the damage / defect guarantee applies regardless. The glass face is printed and the clock is hand-assembled by our partner workshop in the United Kingdom. The design itself is curated and the artwork prepared in our studio.
